Team IndiGreen
And… IndiGreen Was Born
In 2011, Ralf found himself at a crossroads, approached by Jeannette Rivera and German Pablicowith a noble endeavor: to create a business plan that would empower an indigenous tribe to earn from their land without resorting to its sale. With diligence and passion, Ralf crafted a comprehensive business plan, envisioning sustainable land development that would benefit both the tribe and the environment. However, despite his efforts, the tribe’s leaders prioritized immediate financial gain over long-term sustainability, and the project failed to materialize.
Two years later, Ralf encountered a similar scenario when his friend Manolito R. Hofer sought his expertise for another venture—a beachfront property spanning 24 hectares. Once again, Ralf poured his heart into developing a business plan that balanced economic viability with environmental stewardship. Yet, like before, the owners prioritized short term profits, hindering the realization of a sustainable future for their land.
Amidst these setbacks, Ralf’s journey led him to rural areas where he witnessed firsthand the devastation caused by deforestation and mangrove destruction. Driven by his love for nature, he embarked on a quest to find a sustainable solution to repair the damage. Through years of research, dialogue, and evolution of concepts, Ralf developed a holistic ecological and humanitarian project—a testament to his commitment to EcoPlus-Diversity.
With EcoPlus Diversity, Ralf envisions more than just environmental restoration; it’s about fostering biodiversity, empowering communities, and promoting sustainable development. Through collaboration with locals, specialists, and stakeholders, Ralf’s project aims to address the interconnected challenges of ecological preservation and human livelihoods, paving the way for a brighter, greener future for generations to come.
